Sunday Activia Smoothie

This one turned out to be more sour and not that thick. 

Ingredients (for 3 people)

  • 2 freshly squeezed oranges
  • 2 Activia yoghurts (1 strawberrt, 1 pear)
  • 1 scoop of frozen bananas
  • 3 scoops of frozen mango
  • 2 scoops of protein powder (berry flavored)

Seekord kujunes smuuti üsna hapukaks ja mitte niivõrd paksuks, sai mugavalt kõrrega juua.

Koostisosad (3 inimest)

  • 2 värskelt pressitud apelsini
  • 2 Activia jogurtit (1 maasika, 1 pirni)
  • 1 spl külmutatud banaani
  • 3 spl külmutatud mangot
  • 2 spl (kuhjaga) valgupulbrit (marjamaitseline)
