Strawberry soy milk smoothie

This time i left out fresh orange juice and replaced it with soy milk. I noticed someone using it in a smoothie and decided to try it out. Result was more insipid, but not unpleasant. Not as intense as citrus! 

Ingredient (1 person)

  • 1 cup of Activia yoghurt (strawberry flavored)
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of frozen strawberries
  • 100 ml soy milk
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (banana flavored)


Seekord jätsin välja värskelt pressitud apelsinimahla ning asendasin sojapiimaga. Märkasin kuskil smuutiäpis sarnast retsepti ja otsustasin proovida. Tulemus oli rohkem ‘maitsetum’, kui saab nii öelda. Aga kindlasti mitte ebameeldiv, lihtsalt mitte niivõrd terav nagu tsitrus. 


Koostisosad (1 inimene)


  • 1 Activia jogurtitops (maasikamaitseline)
  • 1 banaan
  • Peotäis külmutatud maasikaid
  • 100 ml sojapiima
  • 1 kulp valgupulbrit (banaanimaitseline)
