Cherry-spinach smoothie

I’ve started using cherries and spinach in my smoothies. Cherries because every other frozen smoothie ingredient (rasberry, strawberry, blackberry…etc) has seeds in them. And it’s not recommended for me to eat anything that has ”visible” seeds. So cherries and bananad and pineapples are welcomed ingredients! And i’m using less and less yoghurt in my smoothies. I eat milk based products a lot (even too much) so if i can limit using it just a bit, i will!
Ma olen hakanud kasutama kirsse ja spinatit oma smuutides. Kirsse puhtalt sp, et külmutatud marjad on kõik seemnetega ning mulle pole väga soovitav süüa asju millel on nö nähtavad/tuntavad seemned. Seega kirsid, banaanid ja ananassid on kindlasti väga kasutatud minu smuutimenüüs. Pluss, aina enam viskan välja jogurtid ja piimatooted. Päeva jooksul tarbin liigagi palju piimatooteid  ja kui vähegi võimalik, siis limiteerin seda millegi arvelt!
Ingredients (1 person)
  • 1 palm of babyspinach
  • 2 scoops of canned mandarins, skinless (canned in its own juice)
  • 2 scoops of frozen sour cherries
  • 1 smaller orange, freshly squeezed
  • 3 scoops of protein powder
  • 1 banana

Koostisosad (1 inimene)

  • 1 peotäis beebispinatit
  • 2 spl konserveeritud mandariine, ilma nahata (konserveeritud omas mahlas)
  • 3 spl külmutatud hapukaid kirsse 
  • 1 väiksem apelsin, värskelt pressitud
  • 3 spl valgupulbrit
  • 1 banaan
